What you need before sending texts from Metter workflows in the US.

Dashboard → SMS shows whether your workspace is ready to send texts. US carriers require brand and campaign approval, clear opt-out language, and documented consent. Finish those steps (and confirm messaging is connected) before turning on workflows that send SMS.
Checklist
- Register your business for US text messaging with your messaging partner.
- Get a marketing / newsletter campaign approved for that brand.
- Confirm your sample texts name your brand and include STOP and HELP instructions.
- Document how contacts opt in to SMS and keep those records.
- Have an owner or admin mark each step complete on Dashboard → SMS.
