Account, plans & billing

Each account belongs to an organization workspace. Start a 14-day free trial on /subscribe with a card on file — you won’t be charged until the trial ends. Plans (Starter $49 · Growth $69 · Pro $99 · Scale $199, or save 20% annually) set your contact cap and SMS credits during the trial. Extra contact capacity packs are available under Settings → Feature upgrades. Custom newsletter domains are free on Growth+. Cancel in Manage billing before day 14 to avoid charges. Without an active trial or subscription, list sending and new share links stay locked — you can still build and send test emails. Plans, prices, and entitlements may change with or without notice under our Terms.

Start trial / subscribe

1. Open Billing in the sidebar (or /subscribe).
2. Choose Monthly or Annual, then start Checkout (owners and admins).
3. Add a card to begin the 14-day free trial — Stripe charges only after the trial unless you cancel.
4. After success you’ll return to the dashboard; plan status updates when Checkout completes.

Manage billing

Manage billing opens a Stripe-hosted portal to update cards, view invoices, or cancel. Owners and admins can manage billing for the organization.
