Privacy

Metter helps organizations create and publish mobile newsletters. This page explains what we store, why, how long we keep it, and how you can export or delete your account data.

What we store

What we do not store

Metter never stores payment card numbers. Organization billing uses Stripe Checkout; newsletter payment embeds open the processor you choose (for example Stripe Payment Links) in an iframe. Card details stay with that processor.

How links work

Public publish links show only the edition you intentionally freeze. Private preview links are secret capability URLs — anyone with the link can open that draft preview. Drafts otherwise stay inside your organization.

Retention

Subprocessors

We use Supabase (auth, database, storage), Vercel (hosting, CDN, logs), Stripe (subscription checkout), and Resend (transactional email such as password reset). When you embed YouTube or third-party checkout links, those services receive viewer requests directly.

Your rights

In Dashboard → Settings you can export your account data or delete your account. Deletion removes your Metter account and, when you are the sole owner of a workspace, that workspace’s newsletters, analytics, and org backups. Stripe may retain payment records under its own policy.

Contact

Privacy questions: privacy@metter.pro. For a newsletter you received, you can also contact the organization that published it.
