Add a Button, set a clear label, and link it to a web address or email. Prefer action words (“Register”, “Give”, “Learn more”).
Poll
Polls are quick multiple-choice prompts. Keep options short so they fit on a phone.
Form & Survey
Forms collect a few fields; surveys suit longer questions. Place them later in the issue after you’ve earned attention, and test the public link before sending widely.
