Public links, private review links, and the reader experience.

Use Share (or Copy link) for a unique reader URL. Use Private when you want a password-protected review link for a small group.
Public links
Click Publish or Copy link to save your latest edits and put the public reader URL live. After publish, Publish becomes Unpublish so you can take the link offline. Copy link always saves, refreshes the live URL, and copies it.
Public, private, and SMS short links are blocked from search indexing (robots.txt Disallow, noindex meta, and X-Robots-Tag with noarchive/nosnippet/noimageindex).
Private review
Private creates a review link that asks for a password you set. Change the password anytime from the Password control. A private link does not remove a live public link.

- Form, Survey, and Poll blocks accept one submission per reader
Collect blocks on publish
Publish or Copy link provisions cloud forms for every Form, Survey, Poll, and popup-embedded form in the issue. The live share snapshot stores the form IDs readers submit against. Re-publish after editing collect fields to create a new form version.
